Submission guidelines

• Hosted on YouTube or Vimeo — submit the embed/watch URL, not a file upload.
• Under 15 minutes, clear audio and picture quality.
• On-topic: personal finance, money management, investing, or career earnings.
• Disclose sponsorships or affiliate mentions in the description.
• Include a custom thumbnail and an accurate, non-clickbait title.
• You must own the rights to the video and any music used in it.

What happens after you submit

1. Your video saves as Pending — it is never published automatically.
2. An editor reviews it against the guidelines above, usually within 2–3 business days.
3. Approved: it goes live and you get an email with the link.
4. Needs changes: it's returned to your drafts so you can revise and resubmit — nothing is ever deleted.
